Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellations fees are as follows:
- Made at at least 10 days in advance from agreed booking date, you will be issued a refund minus a $100 non-refundable deposit.
-Made within 10 days of booking, only a 50% refund will be issued.
-Made prior or same day as booking will forfeit entire booking fee and no refund will be issued.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that we reserve the time for your session and have to deny others.
What if we need additional time?
Booking begins and ends at the agreed time as stated on the questionnaire.
Time starts from the moment the first person of your crew comes into the studio and ends when the last person of your crew leaves the studio. This includes set-up and clean-up time. If your production goes over 1 minute past the original end time, an additional hour will be invoiced at $99 per hour.
I Booked 6 But I Need More Time, Can I Pay The Difference For 12?
NO. Additional hours are $99/hour. The discounted rate CANNOT be used once an agreement has been finalized.
Do you charge a cleaning fee?
NO. The cleaning fee is included in the studio booking. Please be advised a $300 fee will be charge for excessively messy returns.
Can we smoke in the building?
Huge NO. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking inside the building. Absolutely no DRUG use on property, CFX has the right to remove anyone breaking our rules from the property regardless of who are anyone is.

Does the rate include a studio manager?
NO. A studio manager is available at the rate of $400 for 8 hours. CFX has made it easy to book and work in our studio without one.
Yes! We have a 12×10′ roll-up garage door for drive-in access which is large enough for most prop or vehicles. This must be checked off on the questionnaire and approved before hand by management.
Can I bring a car into the studio?
Any restrictions in the studio?
Please think before anything out of the ordinary is going to be done inside the studio. Wild animals must be approved beforehand.
NO Open flames or special effects without a trained technician from CONFETTI & FOG FX can be used. Only approved special effects equipment from our FX department will be approved. NO cigarettes, smoke bombs, water effects, or extremely hot items including fireworks or candles.
PLEASE LET MANAGEMENT KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ON THE PROPERTY.
No firearms, knives or weapons of any kind inside the building, especially prop firearms without a trained and licensed technician.
How can I pay for the booking of the studio?
We will send you a Quickbooks invoice and you can pay it online with an ACH or Credit Card. We do not charge a credit card fee. Checks are not accepted unless you have a history of payment with us. Wire transfer is also accepted.
