Vehicle in studio requires a full or all day rate.

$1800.00 - Cyclorama color change with return to color (White or Green)
$ 600.00 - Greenscreen 10’ floor extension and return to white
$ 300.00 - Fresh floor (white or Green)
$ 500.00 - Smoking inside the building fine
$ 300.00 - Non cleanup or messy return
$ 100.00 - Damage to any wall per SQFT
$ 500.00 - Damage to rooms and furniture. Plus replacements
$ 100.00 - Cancellation within 14 days of use

Cyclorama area (white/green screens) are not included in the rental. Additional fee of $300 will apply (if approved for use)
Event rentals REQUIRE the renter to be at least 25 years old and might require a studio manager.
Renters under 25 MUST have a studio manager during the event. ($250/6hours or $400/12hours) as well as a $500 refundable deposit.
**REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS OF $500 IS REQUIRED
**INSURANCE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED VIA EVENTHELPER or YOUR BUSINESS G/L POLICY

-1. IF YOUR EVENT IS PRIVATE (MEANING FRIENDS AND FAMILY) WITHOUT A COVER OR ENTRANCE FEE, EITHER AT THE DOOR OR PRE SOLD AND DOES NOT INCLUDE A DRINK PACKAGE, THAN BYOB IS ACCEPTABLE
-2. IF YOUR EVENT IS A COVERED (TICKETED) WITH AN ENTRANCE FEE, EITHER AT THE DOOR OR PRE SOLD AND DOES INCLUDE A DRINK PACKAGE, THAN BYOB IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND NO ALCOHOL CAN BE PRESENT AT THE LOCATION.
-3. IF YOUR EVENT IS A COVERED (TICKETED) WITH AN ENTRANCE FEE, EITHER AT THE DOOR OR PRE SOLD AND DOES NOT OFFER ANY ALCOHOL IN THE VENUE, THAN THIS IS ACCEPTABLE.

Deposit
Deposit required to hold dates for studio plus a $500 (refundable) incidental deposit required all for rentals. ($600 if under 25)
iNSURANCE
Insurance COI is requested for ALL studio bookings.
